Job Description

As we continue to expand our footprint in Latin America, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director – Brazil to lead market growth, build strategic customer relationships, and scale a high‑performing sales organization.

The Sales Director – Brazil will be responsible for owning and driving revenue growth across the Brazilian market. This role combines strategic leadership, enterprise sales execution, and team development. You will define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, manage key enterprise accounts, build strong partner ecosystems, and lead a sales team focused on acquiring and expanding high‑value customers.

This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in SaaS, MarTech / AdTech, and Digital Engagement platforms, along with strong knowledge of the Brazilian enterprise landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Market Growth
  • Own and execute the Brazil sales strategy aligned with D·Engage’s global growth objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and mid‑market segments.
  • Establish D·Engage as a trusted digital engagement partner in the Brazilian market.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships, system integrators, and ecosystem players where relevant.
Revenue Ownership & Enterprise Sales
  • Carry full revenue and pipeline ownership for Brazil, including forecasting and quota achievement.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Personally engage in high‑value and strategic deals, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, lead, and scale a high‑performing sales team (Account Executives, SDRs, and Channel / Partner roles as applicable).
  • Coach and mentor team members on enterprise SaaS selling, value‑based selling, and solution positioning.
  • Define clear performance metrics, KPIs, and career development plans.
  • Foster a strong performance‑driven and customer‑centric sales culture.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on demand generation, account‑based marketing (ABM), and strategic campaigns.
  • Provide structured market feedback to Product and Leadership teams based on customer and competitive insights.
Performance Management & Reporting
  • Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
  • Deliver regular business reviews, market insights, and performance reports to executive leadership.
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM and sales processes.
Requirements
  • 10–12 years of proven experience in SaaS sales and business development.
  • Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership / managerial role, with a strong track record of building and leading high‑performing sales teams.
  • Extensive experience selling Digital Marketing, MarTech, AdTech, CDP, Marketing Automation, or related platforms.
  • Exposure to CPaaS, Customer Engagement, or IT System Integration environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience managing enterprise and strategic accounts with complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success operating in high‑growth, fast‑paced SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian market, enterprise buying behavior, and decision‑making structures.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
