• Manage direct procurement processes from purchase order issuance through order tracking
• Conduct daily follow-ups with suppliers, monitoring deadlines and ensuring agreed delivery commitments are met
• Support supplier negotiations, seeking improved commercial terms, lead times, and service levels
• Monitor inventory levels and support material replenishment planning
• Track supply demands and requirements, taking preventive action to avoid stockouts
• Identify supply shortage risks and propose action plans to minimize operational and sales impacts
• Work collaboratively with the Planning, Logistics, and Sales teams
• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and track supply, procurement, and supplier performance reports and KPIs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for the department’s processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Procurement, Supply Planning, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
• Analytical and organized profile
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a team
• SAP experience is a plus
• Experience with direct procurement and monitoring supply planning KPIs is a plus
• Experience in retail, distribution, or high-volume item operations is a plus
