Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Purchasing Lead in São Paulo, Brazil, to drive autonomous negotiations and compliance across supplier contracts. You will analyze KPIs, guide internal teams, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring efficient procurement processes.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in Purchasing/Procurement (required).
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel for purchasing data analysis.
• Autonomy to negotiate with suppliers (price, lead times and contractual terms).
• Experience managing contracts across multiple legal entities/companies within a group of subsidiaries.
• Track record in contract approval and large-scale renewals, managing multiple concurrent expirations.
• Ability to structure and run quotation/RFP processes from briefing to final negotiation.
• Strong proficiency in supplier risk management (documentary, financial and operational).
• Previous experience implementing or migrating new companies/branches into the purchasing process.
