Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Planner in São Paulo to manage purchase planning, forecast medium-term consumption, and coordinate deliveries. You will monitor inventory, optimize stock movements, and work with suppliers to resolve issues while tracking KPIs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, Excel proficiency, ERP experience, and English language skills to support a dynamic supply chain across distribution centers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel expertise.
• Data analysis skills and ability to create scenarios.
• Preferred: Experience with ERP systems.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the S&OP process.
• Preferred: Experience with Power BI.
• Preferred: Intermediate to advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase planning following replenishment guidelines.
• Placing purchase orders and forecasting medium-term consumption.
• Monitoring the schedule to smooth deliveries and ensure the receiving flow.
• Negotiating with operations and suppliers regarding deliveries and receiving issues.
• Daily monitoring of inventory and product movements between distribution centers (DCs).
• Analyzing product demand to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Managing product shelf life and reviewing critical reports (expiration dates / returns).
• Studying improvements to optimize loads and operations.
• Monitoring stock cut-off levels and resolving product shortages.
• Updating and tracking Supply Chain KPIs.
• Participating in operational meetings with clients and suppliers.
