A technology consultancy is seeking an experienced professional in Okta administration to design and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have more than 3 years of experience, with significant expertise in Okta, along with full stack development skills. Responsibilities include integrating applications for single sign-on and configurating authentication protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with AWS and DevOps tools are preferred for this remote role based in Brazil.

• Strong understanding of security protocols such as SAML and OAuth/OIDC.

• Home‑Office. Any location in Brazil.
• More than 3 years of experience.
• 2+ years experience in Okta administration and configuration or 5+ years in other identity tools.
• Full stack development experience (e.g. React, APIs, GraphQL, NodeJS, Drupal, etc.).
• Experience writing JavaScript or Python code.
• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum preferred, Kanban sufficient).
• Strong technical problem‑solving skills and proactive mindset.
• AWS experience (S3 setup and management).
• Okta Professional certification or Okta Developer certification.
• Hands‑on experience with Auth0.
• DevOps experience with Jenkins, CI/CD and Terraform.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Experience with XENA or willingness to learn our J&J processes.
• The associate will design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Okta platform.
• Responsibilities include integrating applications for single sign‑on (SSO), automating user provisioning, configuring authentication and authorization policies, and developing custom solutions with APIs and SDKs.
• The role requires a strong understanding of security protocols such as SAML and OAuth/OIDC, along with experience in cloud environments and scripting languages.
