Jobtailor is seeking a data and operations analyst to enhance management reporting and governance. You will build dashboards, cleanse data, monitor KPIs/SLA, and drive process improvements using the Power Platform.

This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and actionable insights for leadership. Responsibilities include automating routines with Power Automate, maintaining Excel-based controls, and delivering executive presentations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Advanced Power BI skills for dashboards and indicators.
• Experience with data validation and cleansing.
• Experience monitoring processes, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and propose improvements.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, SharePoint, Lists and Teams.
• Experience automating corporate processes using Power Platform.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and reports.

• Monitor and control operational processes, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely updating of information used by management


• Develop, maintain, and enhance management reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support decision-making


• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources, identifying discrepancies and implementing actions to cleanse and correct information


• Track outstanding operational items, monitoring deadlines, status, and resolution efforts with the responsible teams


• Support the definition, measurement, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs)


• Map, document, review, and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency and information quality


• Develop and monitor automations using Microsoft Power Platform tools to optimize routines and controls


• Administer and maintain controls and solutions based on Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Power Automate


• Prepare analyses, executive presentations, and supporting materials for management meetings, senior leadership, and other stakeholders


• Manage requests, ensuring traceability, action tracking, and visibility into results


• Liaise with operational, administrative, and business teams to gather information, align requests, and monitor action plans


• Ensure the quality and reliability of data used in management reports, indicators, controls, and presentations


• Support operational governance, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field


• Advanced Excel skills, including report development, formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data analysis


• Advanced Power BI skills for building dashboards and management indicators


• Experience with data analysis, information validation, and data cleansing


• Experience monitoring processes, performance indicators, management controls, and requests


• Ability to identify inconsistencies, perform critical analyses, and propose improvement solutions


• Knowledge of Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Microsoft Teams


• Experience automating corporate processes using Power Platform


• Knowledge of Power Apps


• Experience preparing executive presentations and reports for senior leadership and management
