A growing e-commerce company is seeking a Data Analyst to build and maintain dashboards while identifying trends in customer behavior. This remote position requires 3+ years of experience in data analysis with strong skills in SQL and Excel. Ideal candidates will have ecommerce exposure and be comfortable communicating insights in English. This role offers direct leadership exposure and a chance to grow within the company.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who thinks like a business partner, not just a report builder.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards & projection tools such as sales, marketing, inventory, etc.
• Identify trends in conversion, retention, and customer behavior
• Support leadership with clear insights and recommendations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL + Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with dashboards & KPIs
• Exeprience with AI Automations such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Airtable, etc.
• Ecommerce or DTC experience preferred
• Comfortable communicating insights in English
• Bonus: Python, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
