Role Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the strategic partner ensuring customers and vendors both succeed on Reventals — not just get support. You’ll guide new and returning customers from their first inquiry through booking and post-event feedback, helping them plan confidently while ensuring vendors deliver high-quality experiences.

Your success will be measured not by ticket volume, but by customer outcomes: conversion, satisfaction, and retention. You’ll collaborate with RevOps and Account Executives to identify opportunities for repeat business, strengthen vendor relationships, and continually improve marketplace performance.

What You’ll Do
Own the Customer Journey
  • Proactively guide customers from inquiry through booking and event completion, ensuring each experience is smooth, transparent, and delightful.
  • Identify and nurture repeat and corporate customers, positioning Reventals as their go-to rental partner.
Drive Adoption & Retention
  • Ensure customers understand how to get the most value out of Reventals’ platform and vendor network.
  • Partner with vendors to maintain high fulfillment standards and seamless coordination.
Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work closely with Leadership to troubleshoot issues, gather insights, and streamline processes.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing on trends, common obstacles, and opportunities for improvement.
Act as a Trusted Advisor
  • Bring empathy and professionalism to every interaction.
  • Use data (in HubSpot) to track outcomes, measure satisfaction, and inform your outreach strategy.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS, marketplace, or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously while staying detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you make complex processes easy for customers.
  • Strong ownership mindset — you anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Passion for events, customer experience, and creating memorable outcomes.
