What We are looking for


  • Analyze player bonus requests (manual and automated) and evaluate eligibility based on the terms and conditions.

  • Apply, reject, or escalate bonus requests using internal tools and CRM systems.

  • Ensure that all bonuses are granted according to the promotion mechanics and responsible gaming guidelines.

  • Communicate with Customer Support teams to resolve bonus-related inquiries or disputes.

  • Identify potential bonus abuse or fraudulent behavior and flag cases to the Risk or Compliance teams.

  • Document all actions performed on player accounts to maintain a complete history and ensure transparency.


What you bring


  • English is desirable.

  • Previous experience within the iGaming industry is desirable.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and internal back-office tools is desirable.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing player requests.

  • Analytical mindset to identify patterns of bonus abuse or potential fraud.
