We are expanded internationally and seeking a Credit Controller to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.
The Credit Collector (CC) is responsible for the punctual and efficient follow‑up of credit and delays in payment. As a result, the Credit Collector will make a positive contribution to the cash flow.
On a daily basis, the CC will be in contact with domestic customers, call our customers about the unpaid invoices, and look for a solution together with the customer and will report and monitor payment delays in the short term.
Implementing the improvements for the customer and continue to follow them up.
