Jobtailor is seeking an experienced agribusiness sales professional based in Nova Mutum, Mato Grosso. You will prospect for customers, sell a wide portfolio (foliar nutrition, adjuvants, soil conditioners, seed treatments, and biostimulants) and deliver technical assistance on soil fertility, plant nutrition, physiology, and application technology.

Qualificações

2+ years in agribusiness required.
Established customer base essential.
Must live in Nova Mutum, MT region and know it well.
Willingness to travel.
Degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Technician is a plus.
Experience with plant nutrition, soil fertility, or seed/ag machinery companies desirable.
CRM experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Prospect for customers and build a pipeline.
Sell foliar nutrition products, adjuvants, soil conditioners, seed treatments, rooting agents, biostimulants, biological products, and application technology.
Provide technical assistance in soil fertility, plant nutrition, plant physiology, and application tech to rural producers.
Work directly with end customers in Nova Mutum and surrounding areas.
Travel as required to client sites and events.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in agribusiness required
An established customer base is essential
Must live in and have strong knowledge of the Nova Mutum, Mato Grosso region
Availability to travel
A degree in Agronomy or an Agricultural Technician qualification is a plus
Experience with a similar company, plant nutrition, or a seed and agricultural machinery company is desirable
Strong knowledge of the region
Technical knowledge of soil fertility
Technical knowledge of plant nutrition
Knowledge of application technology
Sales experience in agribusiness
Experience selling to rural producers (end customers)
Experience providing technical assistance
Experience using CRM systems
Technical knowledge of plant physiology
