We are looking for a ClickUp & Communication Specialist to support our Process Engineer and help manage projects, organize workflows, and create clear visual communication materials for our team in the relationship of Clickup platform.

This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills, good technical knowledge of ClickUp to create environments, and creativity with tools like Canva to make our clickup workspace.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize projects, task lists, and workflows in ClickUp.
  • Support the Process Engineer in process implementation and task follow-up.
  • Design quick basic visual assets in Canva for internal clickup workspace.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure clarity on tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Manage documentation and files in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Suggest improvements in workflow organization and team communication.
  • Create video tutorials about processes.
  • Technical support for any Clickup issue in our workspace.
Hard Skills
  • Strong ClickUp skills (workflows, dashboards, basic automations).
  • Average proficiency with Canva for visual communication and presentations; solid experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Basic knowledge of project management (Junior PM level).
  • English (B2) minimum.
