Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Change Management professional to plan and execute organizational change initiatives. You will map stakeholders, assess impacts, and develop communications, training, and engagement plans to drive adoption across corporate projects.

You will facilitate workshops, monitor metrics, and prepare executive reports while collaborating with leaders and Change Agents to apply the OCMO methodology. Prior experience in Oil & Gas and certifications are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, HR, communications, education, project management, or related field.
• Experience in Change Management, Project Management, HR, Communications, or related field.
• Experience with transformation or process improvement projects.
• Experience mapping stakeholders and organizational impacts.
• Knowledge of organizational communications and training.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).
• Power BI (preferred) and knowledge of Change Management methodologies (preferred).
• Graduate degree or specialization in Change Management, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred).
• PROSCI, CCMP, or Agile certification (preferred).
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with Generative AI and collaboration tools (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute Change Management activities for corporate projects.

• Conduct surveys and assessments and track change adoption.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and activities with Change Agents.
• Monitor metrics, update tracking tools, and prepare executive reports.
• Support leaders and managers in implementing change initiatives.
• Ensure the application of the methodology and processes defined by the Organizational Change Management Office (OCMO).
