Jobtailor is seeking a Transformation Lead to drive digital transformation initiatives within the Technology function in Rio de Janeiro. The role focuses on governance, operating model delivery, and aligning business goals with technology capabilities.

The candidate will develop, cascade, and monitor OKRs, lead strategic projects, and facilitate workshops using tools like Miro, JIRA, and Figma. Strong communication and executive presentation skills are essential.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BA/Eng/Tech).
Proven experience in management, governance, strategy or digital transformation.
Experience with OKRs and strategic planning.
Experience developing executive presentations.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Certifications in Lean, Agile, ITIL, COBIT or similar desirable.
Experience leading strategic projects and change initiatives is desirable.
Proficiency with Miro, JIRA or similar tools.

Act as a transformation agent within the Technology function
Support the definition and implementation of the operating model
Support governance and operational efficiency
Support the strategic management of the Digital Transformation VP function
Support change management for the new operating model across Technology teams
Develop, cascade, and monitor OKRs and targets
Manage the formats and agendas for strategic and tactical Digital Transformation ceremonies
Support and facilitate workshops focused on continuous process improvement, such as Design Thinking and similar methodologies
Create and monitor action plans with the responsible individuals on the Digital Transformation team
Connect business objectives with technology capabilities
Mobilize teams and stakeholders in transformation environments

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
Experience in Management, Governance, Strategy, or Digital Transformation functions
Experience with OKRs and strategic planning
Experience developing executive presentations
Advanced Excel skills
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Certifications in Lean, Agile, ITIL, COBIT, or other management/continuous improvement methodologies are desirable
Experience leading strategic projects and change initiatives is desirable
Experience with management models and ceremonies is desirable
Proficiency in Miro, JIRA, Figma, or similar tools is desirable
Strategic perspective, results orientation, structured thinking, influencing skills, executive communication, ownership, and adaptability
