• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in technology projects.
• Experience leading requirements-gathering and process-mapping meetings with clients.
• Knowledge of BPMN and process modeling tools.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into structured specifications.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead meetings and workshops with clients to gather information on processes, needs, and improvement opportunities.
• Understand end-to-end business processes, identifying bottlenecks, manual activities, risks, rework, and optimization opportunities.
• Map and document current-state (AS IS) processes and support the development of future-state (TO BE) processes.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and transformation in collaboration with technical teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements, business rules, exceptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into structured information to guide technology solutions.
• Support the feasibility assessment of opportunities.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support clients in reviewing and improving processes.
• Participate in solution validation and user acceptance testing.
• Support project planning and tracking.
• Track schedules, activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support the management of scope, requirements, changes, decisions, and impacts.
• Track risks, impediments, dependencies, and action plans.
• Organize and lead status meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Record decisions, owners, open items, and next steps.
• Create and update status reports, executive presentations, dashboards, and tracking materials.
• Support the tracking of technical professionals' activities.
• Ensure leadership has visibility into progress, key concerns, and risks.
• Support communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Contribute to project documentation and governance.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Project Analyst, or in a similar role
• Experience with technology, digital transformation, process improvement, or consulting projects
• Experience leading requirements-gathering and process-mapping meetings with clients or business teams
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques
• Knowledge of process modeling and BPMN, including experience with Bizagi, Visio, or Miro
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to understand technology concepts and communicate with technical teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead client meetings
• Analytical, structured, and problem-solving mindset
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate in and lead professional meetings
• Preferred: experience with process automation or RPA projects
• Preferred: knowledge of or experience with UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate
• Preferred: knowledge of Power BI
• Preferred: previous experience in technology consulting firms
• Preferred: experience with projects involving systems integration, data, artificial intelligence, or other digital transformation initiatives
