ZIM Integrated Shipping Services is seeking a Cargo Flow Analyst to optimize import/export transshipments, analyze routes, and support the commercial team with cargo flow information.

You will maintain the routes catalog, publish daily reports on demand for own and partner vessels, and monitor utilization to minimize extra costs across global operations. The role requires strong English and knowledge of cargo flow routines.

Qualificações

• Trade international degree or equivalent.
• Professional English required.
• Strong knowledge of operational and cargo flow routines.
• Basic knowledge of ship's planning.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and provide the fastest connection for imports and exports transshipments cargo.
• Guarantee availability and updating of ZIM routes catalog.
• Publish daily reports to support ZIM commercial team and partners about demand for own and partner vessels.
• Monitor utilization on ZIM and partner vessels, minimizing extra costs.
• Assist Planning Centers and ECSA OPS team to ensure smooth operation and productivity of ZIM owned vessels.
• Provide full support to CS, Booking Desk, docs exp/imp, LOG and OPS teams; liaise with marine terminals and partners; attend global requests related to TS and cargo transits.

We are looking for a Cargo Flow Analyst who will handle for the following:

• Analyze and provide appropriate and fastest connection for imports an exports transshipments cargo
• Analyze, provide and guarantee the availability and updating of Zim routes catalog
• Update and publishing daily reports to support Zim commercial team and partners about Zim demand for Own and partners vessels.
• Closely monitoring , act and alert relevant Zim team and external partner to ensure Zim 100% of utilization on Zim and partners vessels , minimizing the extra costs
• Provide total assistance to Planning Centers and ECSA OPS team to ensure the good , smooth operation and productivity of ZIM own vessels,
• Full support to CS, Booking Desk, Doc exp/imp, LOG and OPS team on their needs. Good relationship to deal with Marine terminal and Partner. Attend Global requests related to TS and transiting cargo.
