ZIM Integrated Shipping Services seeks a Booking Desk Representative to manage bookings via INTTRA and MyZIM, covering general cargo, reefer, and more. You will analyze, confirm, adjust, or cancel bookings in line with KPIs.

You will provide customer service by email and phone, monitor cargo readiness and deadlines, and handle pre-shipment support including LAR requests, ensuring smooth operations for overseas leads.

Qualificações

• Degree in Trade International business or related field.
• English level: upper intermediate to advanced.
• Proficient with Office 365 (Excel and Word).
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Customer-oriented with team spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, analyze, process, confirm, adjust, and cancel bookings via platforms/EDI (INTTRA, MyZIM), covering general cargo, IMO, reefer, OOG, etc., in line with KPIs.
• Provide customer service via email and telephone, handle CS matters and sales leads from overseas offices.
• Monitor cargo readiness, deadlines, container status, and VGMs; manage deadlines to minimize rollovers.
• Handle LAR requests and provide general pre-shipment support.

We are seeking for a Booking Desk Representative who will handle with:

• Receive, analyze, process, confirm, adjust, and cancel bookings via platforms/EDI (e.g., INTTRA, MyZIM), covering general cargo, IMO, reefer, OOG, etc., in line with established KPIs.
• Provide customer service and support via email (ZRM) and telephone, mainly regarding Customer Service (CS) matters, as well as handling Sales Leads received from overseas offices.
• Monitor cargo readiness, deadlines, container status, and VGMs, proactively managing deadlines to minimize cargo rollovers and ensure shipment readiness.
• Handle LAR requests and provide general customer support throughout the pre-shipment process.
