Jobtailor is seeking an experienced logistics professional to coordinate international shipments, liaising with origin agents to verify documents and ensure compliance. You will monitor costs and support traceability across systems while working with customer care to meet SLAs.

The role requires coordinating air export/import shipments and applying best practices in freight forwarding. Strong English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
English — intermediate to advanced (to be tested).
French, Spanish and German — desirable.
Experience coordinating Air Export and Import shipments.
Experience with international freight forwarding.

Responsabilidades

Manage direct contact with origin agents to request, verify, and send documents essential to the logistics process (such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and others)
Monitor and coordinate international shipments, ensuring alignment with origin agents
Record and control operational costs related to import processes
Liaise with origin agents to verify arrivals, handle releases and issue warehouse receipts, ensuring compliance with packaging data, weight, and the integrity of the goods
Issue and/or verify mandatory shipping documents and other country-specific documents required for origin and destination
Ensure timely and accurate updates of information in internal systems, supporting the team in traceability and predictability of operations
Work closely with the Customer Care department to ensure operational excellence and adherence to agreed SLAs
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes, supporting initiatives for increased efficiency and reduction of operational errors
