ZIM is seeking a Cargo Flow Analyst in Brazil to optimize imports/exports transshipments, maintain the routes catalog, and publish daily reports for the commercial team and partners. The role requires strong English skills and knowledge of cargo flow operations, with close collaboration across planning, operations, and logistics teams.

You will support planning centers and OPS teams to ensure smooth operations of ZIM vessels and coordinate with customers and external partners to minimize costs

Qualificações

• Bachelor or equivalent in international trade or related field.
• Proficient in English and trade terminology.
• Experience with cargo flow operations.
• Familiar with ship's planning basics.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and provide fastest connection for imports and exports transshipments cargo.
• Update and guarantee availability and updating of Zim routes catalog.
• Publish daily reports to support ZIM commercial team and partners about demand for own and partner vessels.
• Monitor utilization on ZIM and partner vessels and alert teams to minimize extra costs.
• Provide support to Planning Centers and OPS team for smooth operation of ZIM owned vessels.
• Coordinate with CS, Booking Desk, Doc exp/imp, LOG and OPS teams and engage terminal and partners; respond to global TS and transit cargo requests.

Description

We are looking for a Cargo Flow Analyst who will handle for the following:

• Analyze and provide appropriate and fastest connection for imports an exports transshipments cargo
• Analyze, provide and guarantee the availability and updating of Zim routes catalog
• Update and publishing daily reports to support Zim commercial team and partners about Zim demand for Own and partners vessels.
• Closely monitoring , act and alert relevant Zim team and external partner to ensure Zim 100% of utilization on Zim and partners vessels , minimizing the extra costs
• Provide total assistance to Planning Centers and ECSA OPS team to ensure the good , smooth operation and productivity of ZIM own vessels,
• Full support to CS, Booking Desk, Doc exp/imp, LOG and OPS team on their needs. Good relationship to deal with Marine terminal and Partner. Attend Global requests related to TS and transiting cargo.

Requirements

• Trade international degree or similar
• Professional English speaker
• Strong knowledge of Operational and Cargo Flow Routines
• Basic Known of Ship's planning
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
