Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to join our Content Design team. In this role, you will report to the Head of Strategy and Operations, Content Design, to drive efficiency, improve processes, and deliver strategic initiatives that enable the business to operate at its best. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving complex problems through collaboration and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Strategic Support : Coordinate and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives, align priorities across stakeholders, monitor progress against milestones, and assist with planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Data Analysis & Insights : Collect and analyze information to identify business trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Process Optimization : Review workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Reporting & Dashboards : Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and deliver insights that inform decision-making.
