Qualificações

• Degree in Trade International business, or related areas.
• Upper intermediate to advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Check and handle drafts sent by clients to avoid misinformation.
• Verify VGM data in the system and ensure information is complete.
• Manage late arrival requests.
• Handle loading intention communication with customers.
• Print originals Bl and make them available to the clients.
• Communicate with customers to establish better relations.
• Work closely with Sales Team to understand Customers' needs.

• Late arrival requests control
• Loading intention
• Print originals Bl and make them available to the clients.
• Communicate with customers to establish better relations
• Work closely with Sales Team having better comprehension regarding Customers' needs
