Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a motivated Logistics Quotations Assistant to support international and domestic freight quote processes. You will enter quotes into the CMS for international shipments and coordinate email requests for domestic shipments, while maintaining cargo information in the FUP when needed.

This role requires familiarity with Incoterms and various transport modes, plus strong Excel skills; English is desirable.

Qualificações

• Experience in project cargo quoting (Break Bulk, Ro-Ro).
• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Business Administration with emphasis in Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• English proficiency is desirable.
• Knowledge of Power BI and AI is desirable.
• Intermediate Excel.
