A global political risk consultancy is seeking a Training Coordinator based in São Paulo or Brasília. The ideal candidate will deliver and evaluate training programs, maintain training records, and work with various technologies to enhance training effectiveness. Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 3 years of experience in training. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support training programs that meet the identified needs of employees, including onboarding, leadership development, and other technical training programs for staff
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress with our learning management system
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and other feedback tools
  • Use analytical tools to inform future learning and development strategies
  • Stay current with LinkedIn Learning offerings and increase utilization throughout the company
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years delivering and evaluating training programs
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees including senior management
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), LinkedIn learning, Rippling, and other training technologies
  • Experience using data analytical tools such as Microsoft Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to independently manage multiple projects

This role will be based in Sao Paulo or Brasilia, Brazil.
