Responsibilities
  • Lead the joint business planning process and annual strategic plan with assigned customers
  • Manage supplier relationships and develop trade promotion strategies
  • Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate promotional effectiveness and leverage findings
  • Collaborate with key customer decision-makers to implement brand strategies and tactics
  • Develop and lead accurate monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiencies
Qualifications
  • Minimum education: Bachelor\'s degree
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in the CPG industry
  • Strong working knowledge of syndicated databases and experience pulling/interpreting data
  • Experience working with C-Level executives and managing P&L
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to conduct meetings at high levels within customer organizations
  • Knowledge of category and brand management
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations
  • Additional P&L management experience
