People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) to partner with business units on workforce planning, manage end-to-end recruitment, and provide HR advisory support. The role also drives process improvements, compliance, and team development to ensure effective HR service delivery.

You will support HR Managers and partner on manpower planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Business or related preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience with TA and recruitment operations.
• End-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business units on workforce planning and recruitment.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Drive recruitment process improvements and HR metrics.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, benefits and ER.
• Develop HR policies and coach HR team members.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) partners with Business Units on workforce planning, manages end-to-end recruitment, and provides HR advisory support. The role also drives recruitment process improvement, compliance, and team development to ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Support HR Manager in managing HR Business Partners and HR advisory matters.
• Partner with business units on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Drive employer branding, recruitment efficiency and HR metrics.
• Oversee HR operations, work passes, onboarding, benefits, engagement and employee relations.
• Develop HR policies, SOPs and coach HR team members.

Requirement

• Degree in HR, Business or related preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations & process
• End-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to onboarding and reporting.
• Relevant experience in the Construction industry is an advantage
