Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 seeks an experienced HR leader to drive organizational development, talent pipeline creation, and global collaboration with HR teams. You will analyze workforce data, support policy solutions, and design initiatives to boost team growth and diversity.

The role requires strong English and Mandarin communication, more than 5 years in HR, and proven change and project management capabilities within multinational settings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related majors.
• More than 5 years’ comprehensive HR experience, rich experience in Org and Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and other modules.
• Comprehensive experience in multinational culture fusion, superb communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Capability of change management, and strong project management skill, ability to handle pressure whilst solving problems and conflicts, with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good capability of taking initiatives, driving and steer changes proactively and effectively; highly developed ability to prioritize, assert and make decisions.
• Strong consulting skill and able to act as trustful mediator when necessary.
