Enova Electrical Pte Ltd seeks an HR professional to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role supports daily HR operations, policy development, and payroll data preparation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR, strong knowledge of labour laws, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Diploma in HR is advantageous for consideration.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in relevant human resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Infotech.
• Good knowledge of Labour Laws.
• Excellent organizational and strong communication skills.
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources will be advantageous
