What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist the site Sr Facilities Manager in operational activities including maintenance, vendor management, and finance
- Manage work orders in the Corrigo CMMS system and assist with scheduling maintenance activities
- Coordinate vendor management for various maintenance services including HVAC and plumbing
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Communicate proactively with the site operations team regarding work order status and vendor performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Corrigo Enterprise and knowledge of CorrigoPro
- Sourcing background/experience in facility management
- Proficiency in work order management and vendor coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Experience in procurement and supply chain processes related to facilities management
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in facility operations
- Additional certifications in facilities management or related fields
