What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)


  • Assist the site Sr Facilities Manager in operational activities including maintenance, vendor management, and finance

  • Manage work orders in the Corrigo CMMS system and assist with scheduling maintenance activities

  • Coordinate vendor management for various maintenance services including HVAC and plumbing

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

  • Communicate proactively with the site operations team regarding work order status and vendor performance



What is Required (Qualifications)


  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related fields

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Corrigo Enterprise and knowledge of CorrigoPro

  • Sourcing background/experience in facility management

  • Proficiency in work order management and vendor coordination

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience in procurement and supply chain processes related to facilities management

  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in facility operations

  • Additional certifications in facilities management or related fields
