Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the chronic business sales plan aligned with national goals
  • Train, coach, and supervise the chronic therapies sales team
  • Collaborate with operations and other sales teams to enhance customer service and sales efforts
  • Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders and targeted physician group practices
  • Monitor market trends and develop sales strategies to maximize business opportunities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of recent office-based physician sales leadership experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Proven record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Results-oriented mindset with expertise in coaching and developing teams
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and drive improvement
  • Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time for business purposes
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA in Business Administration with at least 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
  • Previous home healthcare experience
  • Background in selling to Neurology, Gastroenterology, and/or Allergy/Immunology specialties
  • Participation in task forces or initiative teams demonstrating impact beyond immediate responsibilities
  • Understanding of billing and reimbursement procedures for medical offices and hospitals
