Business Intelligence Partner – Randstad Sourceright

Purpose of the job: Partner with regional and global BI customers within RSR and provide business solutions through data. The role has operational and technical responsibility for reporting, analytics, and visualization dashboards across all operating companies within RSR.

Key Stakeholders

• RSR internal stakeholders including C‑Suite, Finance, Regional Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and operational account leaders.
• RSR external clients.

Position Summary

• Development of BI solutions (50%): Deliver BI solutions, ensure contractual conditions on reporting, review SLAs and KPIs, validate solution requirements, implement tools, maintain documentation, design visualizations, document quality programs, schedule production standards, ensure reporting quality, evaluate data sources, execute continuous improvement, and apply SQL and database knowledge.
• Consult (30%): Act as liaison between clients, operations teams and BI teams; provide insights, recommendations, commercial awareness, and stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain Standards (20%): Adhere to global BI production methods, incorporate agile innovation, organize feedback, promote resources, and enforce data governance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Project Management and/or process improvement experience.
• Proficient with an ANSI‑compliant SQL dialect.
• Proven experience with Tableau dashboard development.
• Ability to transform ambiguous information into substantive insights.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Industry exposure to business process outsourcing and/or workforce planning (e.g., MSP/RPO).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong Excel and Google product knowledge (macros, pivot tables).
• Intermediate SQL scripting ability.
• Experience with data pipelines, quality improvement, and analytics tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Live SQL assessment required.

Business Intelligence Analyst – INDI

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The professional will take raw data, construct narratives, and help business colleagues make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identify and query data sources.
• Cleanse and shape data, create Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Present and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; develop reports per specifications.
• Conduct technical training.
• Maintain and document the operational environment.
• Maintain and process SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing BI dashboards and reports.
• Understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, and at least 1 year of previous Tableau experience.
• Solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytic skills and ability to deliver commitments.
• Superior organizational skills with a disciplined documentation approach.
• Experience with ETL (SSIS, Python, or similar) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience creating tabular data models is a plus.
• Advanced English level.
