This role involves supporting financial planning, reporting, and project analyses for the civil engineering division. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and experience with financial analysis and CAPEX/OPEX management. Proficiency in English and strong Excel skills are mandatory.

About Acquatrat

Acquatrat is a fast-growing company operating in water treatment, reuse, sanitation engineering and industrial projects. Our civil engineering division is expanding rapidly, with several major projects underway across the Northeast region.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support the financial and strategic activities of Acquatrat’s civil engineering division. This role will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, CAPEX / OPEX management, project analyses, and producing executive-level presentations for the board, directors and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update and analyze financial reports , dashboards and executive presentations (board, directors, investors).
• Manage and forecast CAPEX, OPEX, budgets and project cash flow.
• Track and analyze financial and operational KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
• Conduct macroeconomic and corporate financial analyses.
• Support feasibility studies and financial planning for new engineering projects.
• Interface with engineering teams to align cost structures and project schedules.
• Prepare financial materials for investment rounds, audits and strategic meetings.

Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience with :
• financial analysis;
• executive reporting;
• board-level presentations;
• CAPEX / OPEX / Budget control and forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
• Prior experience with civil engineering or construction projects is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sanitation, engineering or construction companies.
• Previous exposure to financial audits, M&A processes or investor relations.
• Experience building advanced financial models.
