Sales & E-Commerce Operations Manager (Remote) About Mariell Mariell is a leading designer and supplier of bridal jewelry, accessories, and gifts, serving both retail consumers and over 300 boutique partners across the U.S. and abroad. Our brand has been featured by top bridal retailers and has built a loyal following on Amazon and through our wholesale e-commerce site.
We’re entering an exciting new chapter under new ownership, focused on modernizing our e-commerce operations and expanding our wholesale relationships.
We’re seeking a Sales & E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of Mariell’s online and wholesale sales channels. This full-time, remote role will serve as the owner’s right hand, managing Amazon and wholesale accounts, maintaining product listings and inventory, and providing excellent customer service and operational follow-through. This person will play a key role in growing the brand’s online presence and strengthening relationships with our 200–300 boutique retail partners.
Manage Mariell’s Amazon Seller Central account, including listing updates, new product launches, and inventory forecasting / replenishment.
Oversee daily operations of the Mariell wholesale portal (Volusion).
Serve as the first point of contact for retail and wholesale inquiries.
Assist in launching new initiatives such as new product categories, seasonal campaigns, and retailer outreach.
- 3+ years in e-commerce, Amazon Seller Central, or online retail operations.
Remote; must work U.S. business hours (Central time preferred).
You’re a resourceful, self-starting operator who loves keeping many plates spinning. You have strong instincts for customer communication, product detail, and follow-through. You enjoy working in a growing entrepreneurial business where you can wear many hats and have meaningful ownership over results.
