Carepod is a growing premium humidifier brand operating in the US, Canada, and Australia. We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialistto eliminate manual work and build smart, reliable workflows across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-powered automations for marketing, operation, CS, and reporting system throughout company
• Connect tools like Shopify, Asana, Google Workspace, Zendesk
• Design workflows using Zapier / Make / n8n + LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc
• Identify inefficiencies and turn them into systems

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in automation / ops / systems roles
• Hands‑on experience with no‑code / low‑code tools
• Strong business process thinking
• Clear English communication
• Bonus: ecommerce, Python, security‑minded builds
