Team Introduction

The livestreaming industry has grown rapidly and is now a major driver of TikTok’s global business, creating real-time connection, joy, and discovery for users worldwide. As livestreaming expands, agencies and their creators play an essential role in shaping content and revenue growth on TikTok LIVE. The LIVE team is responsible for building and scaling this ecosystem by driving creator success, enhancing viewer engagement, and shaping the overall growth strategy for livestreaming on the platform. The team partners closely with creators, agencies, and cross-functional product groups to elevate content quality, optimize monetization features, and ensure a safe and engaging LIVE environment. The TikTok LIVE team helps creators express themselves, build communities, and unlock meaningful revenue opportunities. This team plays a critical role in making TikTok LIVE a high quality destination for global entertainment and real-time interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the strategic development of entry-tier or mature-tier agencies, primarily on enhancing content quality and driving revenue growth.
  • Train entry-tier agencies or mature-tier agencies to support agencies and streamers to adapt more effectively to TikTok LIVE.
  • Closely monitor the performances of agencies and streamers, combined with user perspective, to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with agencies and streamers to build trust, develop long-term plans, enhance content quality and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, document, and share successful strategies across agencies and various countries / regions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or managing agencies
  • Data / analytical skills : Ability to draw business insights using analytics, track performance, create strategies, and execute to deliver results.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English and Portuguese to communicate with external stakeholders in Brazil.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with livestreaming content.
  • Candidates who are sensitive to cultural trends, possess a good understanding of the content industry, creator economy and business acumen on newly emerged industries.
