Jobtailor in São Paulo, Cajamar is hiring a Freight Operations Analyst to monitor freight performance, analyze costs, and support budgeting and accruals. You will lead carrier performance reviews and assist in closing processes, with exposure to TMS and Power BI.

The role requires a degree in logistics or related field and hands-on experience in freight operations, Excel and BI tools. PwD-friendly and opportunities for process optimization are highlighted.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in logistics, business or related field.
Experience in transportation and/or freight operations.
Knowledge of freight cost management, analysis, and control.
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Experience with GKO and/or MultTMS is a plus.
Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement experience is a plus.
KPIs and dashboards experience is a plus.
Budgeting, accruals and accounting closing related to freight is a plus.
PwD-friendly hiring is noted.

Monitor and analyze key freight and transportation performance indicators
Conduct freight cost analyses, comparing actual results with budget and identifying variances
Participate in preparing and monitoring the freight budget
Lead periodic performance review meetings with carriers
Prepare and submit freight accruals to Accounting
Support the department’s accounting closing process
Manage confirmation of balance letters
Prepare and monitor cash flow related to freight operations
Monitor the receipt of reimbursements
Follow up on claims with insurance companies
Develop analyses and controls to support cost management and operational efficiency
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and transportation process optimization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Previous experience in Transportation and/or Freight operations
Knowledge of freight cost management, analysis, and control
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Power BI
Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Experience with GKO and/or MultTMS is a plus
Participation in continuous improvement projects using Lean and/or Kaizen methodologies is a plus
Experience developing and monitoring performance indicators and dashboards is a plus
Experience with budgeting, accrual, and accounting closing processes related to freight is a plus
