Job summary

Bachmann Japanese Restaurant Pte Ltd is hiring for an accounting role to manage the full set of accounts, focusing on payables and receivables. The candidate will check, record and post sales, reconcile receipts, and ensure accurate daily cashflow reporting.

Responsibilities include posting supplier invoices, reconciling with SOA, arranging payments, and performing ad hoc duties as required by senior finance staff. Previous experience in hospitality accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting for hospitality or F&B outlets is a plus.
• Ability to record and post daily sales accurately.

• Reconcile the receipts against sales
• Check and verify outlet refund to customer
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancy between sales and receipts
• Posting of supplier invoices (Non-Trade)
• Tally supplier invoices against SOA
• Arrange payment (cheque/giro)
• Full Set accounts
• Update daily cashflow by entity
• Adhoc duties assigned by Accountant/Finance Manager/ CFO
