A global financial services company in São Paulo is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth through relationship management and engagement with clients. You will collaborate with Sales Executives and execute account strategies focusing on client satisfaction. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in sales, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Grade Level (for internal use): 10
The Account Manager will be a member of the high-growth Latam Commercial team within S&P Global’s Market Intelligence division.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage global, multi-stakeholder relationships with a wide range of companies that lead, innovate, and disrupt their respective industries. One day you may be collaborating with an emerging Technology startup that is mapping a growth strategy. The next day you may support a global Fortune 500 Corporation in their sustainability reporting journey. As an Account Manager, you are a critical part of our team’s growth. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing relationships while driving revenue for SaaS products, data feeds, and sustainability reporting services. This role has a direct impact on future growth.
Our team delivers S&P’s desktop, software, technology, and reporting services to Corporations (FI and Non FI), Tech companies, and Professional Service firms. In other words, you will manage a variety of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and success while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
Basic Required Qualifications:
Fluent English is also a must and Intermediate Spanish
