About the Role

We’re looking for a Account Manager to join one of the world’s leading iGaming providers, responsible for managing key partnerships and driving business growth. This role is perfect for someone passionate about relationship management, operations, and the fast-paced world of iGaming.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned iGaming partners, building strong, trusting relationships
  • Engage with partners via calls and meetings to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
  • Inform partners about new products, services, and tools; present demos to facilitate understanding and adoption
  • Ensure all relevant partner contact information is updated and shared with internal teams (e.g., B2B, Sales)
  • Take full ownership of the process for activating, integrating, and enhancing existing tools, services, and products
  • Coordinate closely with product and project management teams to ensure smooth rollout of features
  • Submit and track contract addendum requests related to partner agreements or product use
  • Manage changes and updates on partner websites, including content accuracy and presentation
  • Oversee the content review process and ensure alignment with company standards and local regulations
  • Review and approve new websites submitted by the Project Management department before launch
  • Monitor key operational metrics for each partner, including limits, turnover, and profit performance
  • Track and analyze partner site data to proactively identify opportunities or issues
  • Ensure partners have all the necessary access and credentials for smooth operations
  • Liaise with Sales and Finance teams regarding partner invoices, payment follow-ups, and deductions
  • Assist in resolving financial-related queries or issues
  • Follow up on invoicing cycles, payments, and bonus processing (especially for White Label partners)
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure partner sites meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements
  • Process site closures and terminations in accordance with policy
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding partner data, internal sheets, and salary-related information
  • Join regular cross-departmental meetings to resolve partner queries and deliver solutions
  • Fulfill internal documentation requirements accurately and within deadlines
  • Support management with urgent requests, including occasional off-hours responsibilities
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management is required
  • Fluency in the Portuguese and English languages is required
  • Knowledge of the Spanish language will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the iGaming and gambling industry is an advantage
  • Understanding of account management practices and client relationship development
  • Proficient in CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong knowledge of online gaming platforms and client lifecycle
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented, confident, and organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Open to travel internationally if needed
