Bahrain Surf Park seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead the in-park retail store, coordinating purchasing, stock control, merchandising and guest experience. You’ll drive sales, manage the team, and partner with marketing to deliver engaging promotions and events.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. The role emphasizes high standards, hospitality, and a strong safety-conscious environment near the ocean.

Qualifications

• Min of 3-5 years’ experience in surf shop management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team across operations, purchasing, stock control and guest experience.
• Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets and optimize layout.
• Coordinate promotions with Marketing and park events.
• Oversee stock, supplier relations and merchandising co-ordination.
• Ensure service excellence, accuracy in cash handling and reporting.
