Job summary

Bahrain Surf Park is seeking a Surf Academy Team Member to greet guests after check-in, confirm bookings, issue rental equipment, and guide guests to the right gear based on session format and experience. You will receive on-the-job training from the Surf Academy Manager to build product knowledge and operations.

Love for water sports and a keen interest in surfing, with flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when the site is busiest, will help you thrive in this

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of surf equipment or board sports gear.
• Experience in rentals/retail/hospitality in sports, beach, or leisure environments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and explain the process clearly.
• Verify session bookings and rental inclusions.
• Ensure guests are ready on time and maintain smooth guest flow.
• Fit and distribute rental equipment (wetsuits, boards, accessories).
• Assist guests in choosing appropriate gear and answer basic questions.
• Receive, sort and store equipment; inspect for damage and report issues.
