Job summary

Bahrain Surf Park is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Head of Surf Operations across administration, stock monitoring, coordination, and daily operations. You will help ensure smooth surf-related activities by coordinating teams and maintaining safety and service quality.

The role collaborates with surf instructors, lifeguards and other teams to ensure high guest satisfaction and efficient operations in a dynamic, ocean-side venue in Bahrain.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Operations in the preparation and coordination of daily missions.
• Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, and day-to-day Surf Academy team management.
• Oversee surf equipment inventory including boards, wetsuits, and accessories; monitor stock levels.
