Bahrain Surf Park is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverages Manager to oversee daily operations across the main restaurant, beach kiosks, and private event catering. This hands-on leadership role focuses on service excellence, menu execution, and financial performance, in close collaboration with the Head Chef and Head Bartender.

You will lead scheduling, coaching, and on-the-floor training while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction in a vibrant beach resort

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Food Handler / Food Safety certification.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• 3–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage management/supervision.

Mansioni

• Lead F&B operations across restaurant, kiosks, and catering.
• Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing across outlets.
• Coach and train supervisors, waitstaff, and bartenders.
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and procurement.
