Job summary

Bahrain Surf Park is seeking an attentive Food & Beverages Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and kiosk operations while handling essential admin tasks. You will manage rosters, stock logs, POS summaries and supplier invoicing, ensuring HACCP and hygiene standards across FOH and BOH.

The role requires 2–3 years of F&B supervisory experience, proficiency with POS systems and inventory software, and strong organizational skills. A bilingual Arabic/English communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field, required.
• Fluent Arabic and English speaker required.
• 2–3 years in F&B operations with administrative and supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations across restaurant and kiosks, ensuring service standards.
• Maintain rosters, attendance logs, stock/inventory logs, POS summaries, and supplier invoicing.
• Ensure HACCP logs, temperature monitoring and hygiene compliance across FOH and BOH.
