Job summary

Bahrain Surf Park is seeking a Security Manager / Head of Guest Experience to lead the security team across the park, safeguarding guests, staff and assets from entry gates to parking areas. Reporting to Security Manager, you will ensure shift coverage, supervise guards, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents, while promoting a welcoming, family-friendly environment aligned with the Aloha Spirit.

• Must have MOI security approval or local equivalent
• Good communication and guest service orientation
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement park-wide security policies
• Direct security teams and schedule posts
• Oversee entry gates, access control and CCTV
• Plan security for high-capacity days and events
• Lead investigations and reporting of incidents
• Coordinate emergency drills with safety teams
• Liaise with MOI and authorities for compliance
