Accorhotel's Macaron lobby lounge in Manama seeks an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive revenue. You will lead a team, maintain luxury standards, and coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office for seamless service.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury hotel F&B with managerial responsibilities, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in luxury hotel F&B with managerial responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Macaron lobby lounge operations to ensure smooth service.
• Deliver personalised guest experiences aligned with Sofitel luxury standards.
• Coach and develop the team; maintain product knowledge and service quality.
• Monitor revenue, costs, inventory, and profitability; manage staffing and rosters.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, Front Office for seamless operations; upsell initiatives.
