Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring seamless service execution and adherence to established standards.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and proactive engagement with guests.
Drive beverage sales and revenue through effective menu engineering, promotions, upselling initiatives, and innovative beverage programs.
Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to develop seasonal cocktails and premium offerings.
Monitor guest feedback, respond to concerns, and implement service recovery measures.
Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
