Job summary

Accorhotel seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations across luxury venues, driving revenue while controlling costs and maintaining top service standards. You will coach the team, manage budgets, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for excellence in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Food & Beverage management in luxury hotels or upscale hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years GCC experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a 5-star hotel property.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with Asian, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisines preferred.
• WSET Level 1–3 certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all F&B operations to ensure guest experiences and service excellence.
• Drive F&B sales and revenue through promotions and guest engagement initiatives.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage, labor, and operating expenses.
• Analyze P&L statements and implement actions to reach financial targets.
• Maintain SOPs and Standards of Service; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop F&B team through coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to enhance offerings.
• Utilize POS systems and management reports to drive efficiency and informed decisions.
