Job summary

Four Seasons in Bahrain is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Bahrain Bay property. You will welcome guests, check-in/out, and manage reservations with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and teamwork, with flexibility to work rotating shifts. Proficiency in English and familiarity with OPERA or PMS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or front office in a luxury environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts depending on occupancy.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Register guests and manage reservations, special requests, and policies.
• Coordinate with Concierge for luggage handling and guest requests.
• Operate the hotel computer system and perform daily reports.
• Handle safety deposit boxes, room assignments, and VIP arrivals.
• Reconcile transactions and balance the cash bank at shift end.
