Job summary

Four Seasons Bahrain Bay seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of a high-end Asian dining destination, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial performance. Lead the front-of-house team, maintain service excellence, and collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to deliver a memorable dining experience.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, drive upselling and guest engagement, and monitor labor costs while maintaining luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine concepts and luxury dining service standards.
• Proven leadership to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong restaurant operations and guest experience management.
• Financial awareness with labor costs and revenue objectives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver hospitality and service excellence.
• Ensure guests receive personalized, attentive, and professional service during dining.
• Monitor dining room operations to maintain quality and presentation standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with timely service recovery.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams for effective communication and service execution.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate updates and priorities.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members.
