Job summary

Four Seasons Bahrain Bay is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join the Residential Services Team. Based at the bell stand, you greet residents by name, assist with luggage, and transport items to and from the residences while delivering a flawless guest experience.

You will coordinate with the Residence Concierge, handle deliveries and inquiries in the lobby, and uphold Four Seasons standards of hospitality, professionalism, and safety for residents and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language, excellent communication skills are essential
• Must have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Minimum of 1+ year bell/guest services experience in hospitality
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain high attention to detail
• Must work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Standing for 8 hours per shift and ability to lift 50-100 lbs
• High school education or equivalent; valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowner requests and provide personalized recommendations to maximize satisfaction
• Assist residents with luggage, transportation, deliveries, parcels, and groceries per instructions
• Greet residents and guests in lobby and offer assistance
• Answer concierge desk phones, deliver messages and packages to units
• Support in common areas and ensure service levels meet standards
• Deliver in-residence dining requests from third-party vendors as needed
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and comply with Four Seasons standards
